Orders and contact details
You are responsible for providing a valid phone number and a complete delivery address. The store may contact you to confirm order or delivery information.
Pre-orders and advance payments
Some pre-order items require an advance payment. The checkout displays the advance amount and remaining cash-on-delivery amount. The store may request a bKash transaction reference and sender-number verification details; do not share your bKash PIN or OTP.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Order cancellation, return eligibility, restocking and refunds depend on the order’s status and the store’s applicable policies. Contact the store before returning an item. The store should publish its confirmed return and refund rules before representing them as guaranteed.
