Baby & Mom Shop is an online store based in Khulna, Bangladesh. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our website, contact us, create an account, or place an order.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address (including district, upazila, area and postal code), account profile details, product selections, order history and order tracking information. If you send a message, we process the message and contact details you provide. For pre-orders, we may collect bKash transaction references and the last four digits of the sender number to help verify a payment.
Account sign-in and Google Login
The website supports email or phone-based account sign-in and may offer Google Sign-In when enabled. If you choose Google Sign-In, the authentication service may receive your Google account identifier, email address, name and profile information made available through the sign-in process. We use these details to identify your account and support login, not to read your Gmail messages or obtain your Google password.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage accounts, respond to customer enquiries, process and confirm orders, arrange delivery, track order status, verify pre-order payment references, manage returns or refunds where applicable, prevent misuse and maintain store operations.
Service providers and sharing
The website uses Supabase for authentication and application data services and Cloudflare Pages for website hosting. To fulfil an order, relevant customer contact and delivery details may need to be shared with the courier or delivery provider handling that order. Payment references may be checked to confirm payments. We do not describe these service providers as having unrestricted access to customer information.
Data retention
Account, order and payment-related records may be retained as needed for order fulfilment, customer support, dispute resolution, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some customer chat records may be automatically removed under the store’s message-retention settings. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures should be confirmed with the store before this policy is published as final.
Security
We use authentication and access controls to help protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, OTP codes or sensitive payment credentials through customer chat.
Your choices and requests
You may contact the store to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable requirements and records needed to fulfil orders or resolve disputes. You may also choose guest checkout where available.
Children’s information
The store sells products for children, but account registration and orders should be handled by parents, guardians or other adults. Please do not submit children’s personal information unless it is necessary for an order.

We may update this policy when store features, service providers or data practices change. The updated version will be posted at this URL.
